Beckford Croquet Club welcomes new members as well as folk curious to see what it is all about. 

Golf Croquet is a fun, sociable way to enjoy exercising body and mind in the fresh Cotswold air. Members are happy to guide newcomers through the rudiments of the game, coaching is available. 

Golf Croquet takes minutes to learn but a lifetime to master. Skill, tactics, cunning and strategic play all come to bear once the basics have been grasped.

Association Croquet is also played led by the club Association Croquet Coach.

We cater for all standards of play, from complete beginner to experienced player, all are welcome. We have a selection of mallets of different weights and heights available for those who are not ready to buy their own.

Free Car Parking at Beckford Village Hall

Play is mainly through March/April to September/October, courts are open all year unless waterlogged.

    The village of Beckford lies beside the A46. It is approximately 5 miles east of M5 junction 9 for Tewkesbury/Evesham and approximately 7 miles west of Evesham. Turn off the A46 and follow the road, passing the shop and church, Beckford Village Hall is on the left, the Tennis Club and Croquet Club are just beyond. Free car parking behind the hall.
